Terms of Service — AI Operations Hub

1. Use of the tool

AI Operations Hub is designed for personal or private operation of creator-owned content workflows. Features and supported platform integrations may change. Access to a feature does not transfer ownership of any content or platform account.

2. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, permissions, and legality of content you choose to organize or publish. You must have the right to use any text or media you provide. You decide which content and account may be used for a publishing action and should review the resulting post where the platform permits.

3. Platform rules and authorization

You must comply with the rules of each platform you connect. Connect only accounts that you are authorized to operate, and grant only permissions you understand. Platform access can be revoked through the platform's own settings. AI Operations Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platform.

4. Publishing outcomes

Platform APIs, moderation, availability, and account restrictions can delay, reject, remove, or alter publication. AI Operations Hub does not guarantee that a post will be accepted, remain visible, reach an audience, generate engagement, or produce revenue.

5. Availability and changes

The tool and website are provided as available. Maintenance, platform changes, network failures, or security controls may interrupt features. We may change or discontinue a feature when necessary to keep the tool functional or compliant with platform requirements.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the tool and revoke platform permissions at any time. Access to an integration may be suspended or ended if its authorization is revoked, a platform requires it, or continued use would violate applicable rules. Local data and platform posts may require separate deletion.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Operations Hub is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted operation or a particular publishing result. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platform decisions, account restrictions, or content you choose to publish. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
